Rosemary essential oil – A highly aromatic and medicinal plant with woody trunk & linear leaves of twigs kind is grown in cool regions in India. At SNAANA we grow the plants in-house for essential oil and steam distilled water. The woody- evergreen aroma is very invigorating and purifying. It can be used internally, topically, and aromatically for multiple purposes.

Internal use: Dilute one drop in about 100ml liquid. Explore cooking with essential oils here. 

Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with cold-pressed oils to minimize any skin sensitivity. 

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
