SNAANA’s organic Perilla Oil (also known as “Bhanjeer” in India) is an organic herbal medicine for skincare and being effective for treating problems. It is extracted via cold pressed method from the Perilla seeds that helps cure skin and health conditions and causes no adverse effects. It has a nutty taste and is more rich than fish or cod liver oil capsules and a good substitute for people with allergy to fish oil.

At SNAANA we source the seeds from Garhwal region of Himalayas. Traditionally these seeds have been used in himlayan homes to make chutneys, roasted snacks etc. A kilogram of seeds gives us about 300 grams of raw, unrefined cold pressed oil.

Perilla oil contains excellent anti-allergic, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties due to the abundance of linolenic acid, which makes it a great choice for problematic skin types. It is naturally rich in anti-oxidant and beta carotene. It’s anti-asthmatic properties helps treat asthma condition by improving airflow.

This oil is a great source of Omega-3, 6 and 9 fatty acids, from which many of its health and skin therapeutic benefits are derived. The oil contains 54 – 64% Omega 3, 14% Omega 6 with presences of Omega 9 as well.

Directions for using SNAANA’s Perilla Oil

SNAANA’s Perilla Oil is used for skincare and health treatment only.

Apply SNAANA’s Perilla Oil on the skin and massage gently for 10-30 minutes once daily. The use of this oil will make the skin look fresh and clean and can also reduce ageing of the skin. Regularly massaging the skin with Perilla Oil lets the oil get easily absorbed by the skin and does not leave the skin feeling greasy.

The cold pressed organic Perilla Oil from SNAANA can be used in preparing salads, chutneys (sauce) and other recipes. Add one tablespoon of this oil in salads and regular dietary recipes which is great for nutrition and health.

Take one teaspoon of Perilla Oil per day in your diet for three weeks. This will help decrease symptoms of seasonal allergies and other allergy symptoms.

For people with asthma condition, consume small quantity of Perilla Oil in your regular diet for at least four weeks and it will bring significant improvement in lung capacity as well as airflow.

Precaution
