Flaxseed Oil is formulated through the cold-pressed method from the seeds of the Flax plant. It is also used as a medicine and has no adverse effects on a person’s body and health. For thousands of years, it was used not only as a key ingredient in linen but also as a very beneficial and easily accessible food source.

Flaxseed Oil is not recommended for women during pregnancy. Since, Flaxseed Oil might decrease blood clotting, it is advised to stop using this oil two weeks before having elective surgery.

Yes, you can add 1-2 drops of flaxseed oil to the baby food like banana shake, or papaya shake or maybe to a curd rice or idli batter etc. similar to how we add ghee in cooked food. But do not over use it. Excess of everything is bad. For any further details, please feel free to contact us.
