The word Immunity has been very much in focus the past couple of months post the break out of pandemic coronavirus.

What is immunity?

The dictionary definition of the word immunity says – the quality or state of being immune, especially a condition of being able to resist a particular disease especially through preventing a pathogenic microorganism or by counteracting the effects of its products.

So in other words, it’s the immune system that creates a defense and protects the body from risk oriented invasions. Hence a healthy & well functioning immune system is vital for survival.

How to build immunity?

Physical activity, right nutrition and of course a connect with nature are the ways to a healthy lifestyle that contributes to building immunity in the body.  The better the defense system of the body against diseases, the higher the immunity is and hence lower will be the risk of falling sick.
